Ingredients

Yield:

  • 1 bunch parsley, rough stems removed
  • 2 large garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups tahini
  • Juice from 3 lemons
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well combined.

Step 2

If making by hand: finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until uniform and well combined.
