For the dough
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 sticks + 5 tablespoons unsalted margarine (kosher) or butter
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sesame seeds, for sprinkling
