  • 1 cup chestnut paste
  • ¼ cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ½ orange, grated zest and juice
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • Sweet kosher wine
  • honey

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, grind all ingredients except wine and honey into a thick paste.

Step 2

Add a splash of wine and a small drizzle of honey to taste, then mix well. 

Step 3

Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 to 7 days.
