For the dough

- ¼ cup lukewarm water
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
For the filling
- ¼ cup ground poppyseeds
- ¼ cup sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 ½ teaspoons boiling water
Fo the egg wash:
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon honey
