For the dough:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs + 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
For the lemon curd:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup cold water
- 1 egg + 2 yolks
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
