- 3 Persian cucumbers, chopped into a small dice
- 3 tomatoes, chopped into a small dice
- 1 small red onion, chopped into a small dice
- ½ - 1 jalapeno, de-seeded and chopped into a small dice
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped into a small dice
- 1 head of romaine, finely chopped
- 1 handful of a torn piece of dabo bread, teared by hand into small pieces
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
