For the Pastry Dough
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 7 ounces cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 2 egg yolks
For the Honey Filling
- 4 egg yolks
- 5½ tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
To Serve, Optional
