- ½ green pepper, deseeded, de-stemmed and finely chopped
- ½ red pepper, deseeded, de-stemmed and finely chopped
- 4 scallions, finely sliced
- 1 pack instant ramen noodle soup
- ¾ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds, raw
For the dressing
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Ramen soup spices (optional)
