  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup sour cream or full-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • Red schug (amount depends on how spicy you want it to be) 
  • 1 medium size tomato

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together yogurt & sour cream in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2

Make the schug damadis: Grate the tomato on the fine side of a box grater and mix with schug.

Step 3

Add the schug damadis to your yogurt blend and mix lightly, then top with some scallions.

Step 4

Tear off a piece of fresh lechuch or pita, dip and enjoy.
