- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the dough
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ - ¾ cup water
For the egg wash
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon water
