- 2 sticks or 1 cup butter, cold and grated
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
For the filling
- 1 ⅓ cup hard salty cheese like kashkaval or swiss cheese, grated
- 5 teaspoons caraway seeds
For the egg wash
