  • 1 cup chopped Napa cabbage
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup chopped fresh dill

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Taste and add more salt as needed.
