- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 oz dried wild mushrooms (porcini or a mix)
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced thin
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup medium-cut kasha
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb. of bowtie pasta, cooked (more or less as desired)
- 2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
