- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, divided
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 4 medium eggs, whisked
- 15 chicken drumsticks and/or wings, patted dry with paper towels
- 2 cups cornflake crumbs or dried challah crumbs
- 4-6 cups corn or vegetable oil
