- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon hot smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 6 cups water
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 sweet potato, cut into 1” cubes
- 1 Idaho potato, cut into 1” cubes
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- Store-bought frozen puff pastry or pie dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
