Ingredients
Yield: 10 - 12 servings
- 3 cups all purpose flour, plus a little more to roll out the dough
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into ¼ ” chunks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups apricot preserves (or other favorite)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- ¾ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar (to sprinkle on top)
